Shipping Fees:
Products are typically shipped using companies such as Purolator or UPS ground. Shipping fees for most items range between $15.95 and $19.95. Overweight items may cost more. Special services such as 9am or Saturday delivery are available for an additional fee.

Hardware Returns:
Any unopened hardware product can be returned within the first 7 days of purchase less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Discontinued items are non-returnable. Defective hardware purchased within 30 days can be returned to MSK Computing for an exchange or repair - depending on the manufacturer's warranty. After 30 days, it is the responsibility of the client to contact the manufacturer directly.

Software Returns
Any unopened software product can be returned within the first 7 days of purchase less a 15% restocking fee. Discontinued items are non-returnable. Any software package where the shrinkwrap is damaged or removed is non-returnable. Any defective software package can be exchanged for a similar copy of the software.
